I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a nice remodel, but the location in Koreatown was not what I expected, with rough surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly, but there were some issues with the AC. The dining options were so-so, similar to other hotels, but lacked some basics. Overall, it was a convenient stay but with some drawbacks to consider.

The hotel is situated in a good neighborhood, perfect for visiting Hollywood and Downtown LA with very convenient metro access. The staff had a mix of friendliness and unhelpfulness, and the dining options were limited but nice. However, the rooms were stuffy and small, lacking sufficient ventilation.
